A leaking heater.
A call to Trident.
Our 12 year old water heater was leaking. I called and spoke with Shelby who was able to dispatch a technician immediately, same day… Tyler arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
Different jobs. The same team.
What people remember about the visit.
We had one of those Saturdays that started out great until water starting coming out of one of our ceiling lights… she sent Quintin who got right on the problem and had us all fixed up in no time.
Tyler did an outstanding job installing our water softener… The installation was clean, efficient, and everything was working perfectly before he left.
They came out quickly, did camera work, and took the time to thoroughly track down the issue instead of rushing. Turns out we had roots breaking a pipe under our tub.
