I’m extremely grateful for Trident’s Plumbing help with my clogged toilet issue. CJ was super kind and able to clear the clog quickly. It was a gross job but he remained professional which made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed. They got to my house within 2 hours which was an awesome response time. The few other plumbing companies I called didn’t have any room in their schedules to help.
Also, before CJ arrived I received a text with his photo and a short bio on him. I thought that was unique and professional and another aspect that made me feel more comfortable.

(The work involved flushing a 20-year plus hot water tank.)The work was performed effectively and efficiently as foretold. Advice was given on future care and maintenance as well as options should the water tank develop problems, as might be expected with a unit of its age. I found this company reliable and trustworthy.

I had them in stall a brand new water softening, RO system, kitchen sink and garbage disposal and I’m very happy with the end result.
